By submitting a request to the @INeedHelpBY_bot, you consent to collecting, storing, and processing personal information. INeedHelpBY team takes participants' data security seriously at every process stage.
We ask you to provide the information necessary for placing an order and delivery, as well as for the purpose of participants' verification (both Helpers and Families).
INeedHelpBY team uses personal data during the initial processing of applications. Please note that if a Helper is matched with a Family for peer-to-peer assistance, the participants may share additional personal data with each other to facilitate such assistance.
Only a limited group of volunteers in INeedHelpBY team has access to personal data. All members of this team are located outside of Belarus. Other parties and partner organizations do not have access to the personal data of our participants.
Everyone has the right to delete their data from the system (right to be forgotten). If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us at support@ineedhelpby.org.
